The Daiwa Back Bay Spinning Rods are inshore saltwater spinning rods specifically designed for inshore saltwater and estuary fishing along the Mid-Atlantic Coast all the way up through New England. They were designed and tested to effortlessly withstand the harsh conditions of East Coast inshore saltwater angling, but still made versatile enough to appeal to inshore anglers in other parts of the country as well.

The blanks use Daiwa’s High Volume Fiber (HVF) technology to create rod powers that are strong enough to tackle big New England and Mid-Atlantic striped bass. The actions and tapers are also versatile enough to throw both live baits and artificial hard and soft lures. For comfort and impeccable line management, the rods are fitted with cork grips and Fuji FazLite Tangle-Free K Guides.
